Starlets vie for Four-nation honours

Ghana stepped up their preparations for the African Championship qualifiers with an impressive start to a four-nation tournament hosted by Ivory Coast.

The Black Starlets beat the Tunisians 3-0 in Abidjan on Saturday to stay in contention of winning the tournament for Under-17 teams.

Ghana would play host, Ivory Coast on Monday in the second match while Gabon takes on Tunisia.

The tournament is expected to prepare Ghana for the opening qualifier against Libya next month in the African Under-17 Championship.
