Kevin-Prince Boateng has pledged his future with Ghana and intimated his desire to help the Black Stars win the African Nations Cup.

This followed a positive outcome of the meeting by the President of the GFA Kwesi Nyantakyi and assistant coach, Kwesi Appiah with the player on Wednesday in Milan.

"We are aware that there is intense public and media interest on the future of player Kevin-Prince Boateng at the moment, but we confirm the player's resolve to honour all national duties.

"Kevin admitted that issues involving coach Goran Stevanovic and himself were misunderstood but says he would submit to the team's code of conduct and the authority of the coach.

"The player explained that he has missed national duties as a result of injuries and pledged his total commitment to the national team."
