Ghana would need just a draw in the final Group B game on Sunday to book a place in the last four of the Sasol Eight Nations tournament.

The Black Satellites, who top the group, play Egypt's young Pharaohs lying bottom of the standings at the Eldorado Park Stadium.

Ghana consolidated their hold at the top of the table after drawing goalless with Ivory Coast on Friday while Lesotho stunned Egypt by a lone goal to jump second on the table.

A point in the final round of matches for both Ghana and Lesotho would see them remain in the competition.

The top teams from each group advance to the semi-finals stage of the competition.
