Ghana will be looking to maintain their winning form at the African Cup of Nations today when the Black Stars meet Morocco in the final Group A match.

The Black Stars need only draw against the Atlas Lions in a game which kicks off at 17:00GMT at the Ohene Djan Stadium in Accra to stay top the standings and ensure a last eight berth in the tournament.

Morocco, who got off their campaign with a 5-1 beating of Namibia before losing 3-2 to Guinea, need to beat Ghana to improve their chances of qualifying past the group stage as they are tied on three points with group members, Guinea, who seem to have an easier match on Monday, against Namibia in Sekondi.

Both Group A games will kick off simultaneously at 1700 GMT.

Though Ghana needs only a draw to qualify, Black Stars coach, Claude Le Roy still wants to maintain a winning run in the tournament.

“We have six points but the three teams can go to the quarter finals. I think it’s better to have six points than three points. Because, I think a draw is enough for us to finish first. But we wouldn’t play for a draw; we would play to win this last game,” Le Roy said.

The coach says the Ghana’s opponents for Monday are under pressure.

"I've got a lot of respect for Morocco, but they're under pressure, we're not," Le Roy added.
