GFA President Kwesi Nyantakyi is currently in Takoradi with an FA delegation to attend the one week celebration of former Western regional FA(WRFA) Chairman Lee Yankey.
Nyantakyi was accompanied by the incumbent WRFA Chairman Kojo Yankah, newly elected Executive Committee members Kweku Eyiah and Nana Banyin Eyison as well as Deputy General secretary Isaac Addo.
Mr. Lee Yankey passed away last week after a brief illness and the FA delegation will join the bereaved family and mourners at the ceremony which will be held at the home of the former football administrator.
Mr. Nyantakyi will also use the opportunity to meet various stakeholders in football to deliberate on ways of improving football in the region.
