The Disciplinary Committee “A” of the Ghana Football Association will be sitting on Friday, October 2, 2015 at 4pm at the GFA Secretariat.
At the sitting, the Committee will adjudicate a number of cases concerning misconduct, violence and various infringements of the GFA General Regulations and GFA Disciplinary Code.
Below is the list of individuals and clubs who are to appear before the Disciplinary Committee on Friday at 3:00pm to either defend their clubs against charges or to assist the Disciplinary Committee in its work:
1. Samartex FC
2. Goldstars SC
3. Tarkwa United FC
4. Wa African United FC
5. Okwawu United FC
6. Windy Professionals FC
7. Ebusua Dwarfs FC
8. Elmina Sharks FC
9. Cudjoe Mensah – player of Dreams FC
Any club or official to whom a GFA charge sheet has been sent.
Note: If you have sent your Statement of Defence and Waived Your Right to Personal Hearing, you do not need to attend the sitting of the Disciplinary Committee.
On Protests filed by clubs, the Disciplinary Committee shall adjudicate all Protest Cases immediately the exchange of the processes (Protest, Defence and Reply where required) in the matter are fully exchanged and become ripe for adjudication.
Per the GFA Regulations, Protests do not require personal hearing unless the Disciplinary Committee deems it fit to call the parties to its hearing.
