The qualified teams for the Round of 64 of the 2025/26 MTN FA Cup have been divided into 7 Zones to create more local derbies and excitement across the regions. The clubs that qualified from the preliminary round, including those from the lower division, will be joined by the 18 Premier League clubs in this round of the competition. Defending champions Asante Kotoko will find out their opponents in the Round of 64 after the draw on Friday.
