The GFA Disciplinary Committee has invited some Clubs, Players, Team Officials and Match Officials to appear before it on Thursday, 26th March, 2015.
In Statement signed by the Disciplinary Committee secretary, Mr. Emmanuel Dasoberi, the Clubs, Team Officials, and Match Officials are to appear at the Committee's sitting at the Board Room of the PLB at 3:00 pm to answer various charges and offences.
Below are the names of the Clubs and individuals who have been mentioned:

4. Prince Siaw- Player of Okwahu United
5. Adjei Baffour- Match Commissioner
6. Hamza Mutala- Team Manager, Hotsteel
7. KFC Samosa
8. Okwahu United
9. Tarkwa United
10. Siiba Adams- Secretary of Starke FC
11. Michael Boah- C.E.O of Starke FC
12. Dunkwa United
13. Doh Mustapha- Tarkwa United Secretary
14. Caferstoa, Director of Istanbul
15. William Ofori Anum- Welfare Officer, Sporting Mirren
16. Unity FC
17. Guan United
Pursant to Article 37 the Clubs and individuals mentioned above must note that:
"All official correspondence including but not limited to daily and weekly information updates, fines, debts, costs, notices, invitations, decisions, communiques and any other information of the Association, its Bodies, its Organs, its Committees or the Secretariat shall be deemed to have been duly served on a Club, its officers, players, supporters, agents, representatives or whosoever described, if the service of the said correspondence is communicated to the Club or the Club Secretary or the Club owner, or the Club Representatives submitted to the GFA through its fax, e-mail address, postal address, or hand delivery of a hard copy thereof or is made or published through the GFA newspaper or newsletter or other national newspapers, the GFA website or announced through any radio station or television station or posted on the GFA notice board."
They are also to take notice that should you fail to appear before the Disciplinary Committee on the said date (March 26, 2015), the Disciplinary Committee shall proceed to adjudicate the case in your absence.
