The Black Stars wrapped up their Africa Cup of Nations preparations with a recovery training session at the Baba Yara Sports stadium on Tuesday, January 09 ahead of their departure for Abidjan on Wednesday.

Ghana pitched camp in Kumasi on Monday, January 01, 2024 to prepare for the tournament having abandoned an earlier plan to camp in Johannesburg, South Africa. The Black Stars played out a goalless draw with Namibia in a preparatory game on Monday, January 08, 2024 and held their recovery training Tuesday evening.

All Twenty-seven players trained Tuesday evening following the arrival of Mohammed Kudus in the morning. The West Ham ace missed the larger part of the training's camp in Kumasi after picking a minor injury in a Premier League game on December 28, 2023.
