Ampem Darkoa Ladies maintained their grip on top of the Northern Zone Women’s Premier League table after beating Supreme Ladies 3-1 at Okese Park in Ejisu on Sunday.

Star player Ophelia Serwaa Amaponsah registered a hat-trick in the game to round things up for the League leaders.

Ophelia scored a brace in the first half and added the third in the second half to give her side the three points - her second hat-trick in the on-going league.

Sandra Owusu Ansah pulled one back for the host to make it 3-1.

Ampem Darkoa Ladies dominated the whole 90 minutes with scintillating football that caught the eye of onlookers.

Ophelia Serwaah Amponsah was voted the NASCO player of the match for a perfect afternoon of football capped by a hat-trick.

The Club have yet to lose a match after 11 matches into the season and are in pole position to secure a spot for the playoffs.
