Premier league side Berekum Arsenals has replaced AshantiGold for the off-season Top 4 competition.

Arsenals who finished in 5th place on the league table earned the call up after AshantiGold decided not to participate in the competition.

The Management of Miners took the decision to opt out after the organizers, the Ghana League Clubs Association - GHALCA, turned down its request to have the Len Clay Stadium in Obuasi included as one of the venues for the tournament.

GHALCA insists the 1.4 billion cedi competition will be played in Cape Coast and Sunyani.

Accra Hearts of Oak, Kumasi Asante Kotoko and Heart of Lions are the other participants.
