Three players have been nominated for the NASCO September/October Access Bank Division One League Player of the

Month award following their impressive performances in the ongoing league.

Their individual brilliance and consistency have been crucial to the success of their respective clubs during the period.

The nominees are Evans Adeti of WAFA, Raphael Ankamah of FC AshantiGold ’04, and Wungah Williams of Northern City FC.

Evans Adeti has been instrumental in WAFA’s strong start to the campaign, playing a key role in their first away victory against True Democracy in Tema. He maintained his fine form in subsequent matches, earning three NASCO Player of the Match awards – the highest across all zones in the first four games – and also scoring once.

Zone Two leaders FC AshantiGold ’04 have been inspired by the brilliance of their forward Raphael Ankamah, who has consistently troubled opposing defenses. Ankamah has scored two superb goals and claimed two NASCO Player of the Match awards in four appearances, proving pivotal in AshantiGold’s impressive 13-point tally this season.

For Northern City FC, forward Wungah Williams has been in red-hot form, showcasing his clinical finishing with five goals in four matches. He also picked up two NASCO Player of the Match awards, underlining his immense contribution to Northern City’s attacking strength.

The winner of the award will receive a 24-inch NASCO Television set.
