Three outstanding tacticians have been shortlisted for the NASCO Coach of the Month award for September, having guided their teams to an unbeaten run. Hearts of Oak's Mas-Ud Didi Dramani, Heart of Lions' Bashir Hayford, and Karela United's Nurudeen Amadu have all made strong cases with impressive results and performances.

Mas-Ud Didi Dramani has quickly established his authority at Hearts of Oak since his appointment. Under his guidance, the Phobians secured two wins and a draw in their three league games for the month, scoring two goals and keeping clean sheets in all their matches. His team's defensive solidity has earned praise across the league, and the coach is now in contention for his first monthly award of the season.

Bashir Hayford delivered a flawless record with Heart of Lions, winning all three games in September, scoring six goals, and conceding just one. This perfect record highlights his tactical mastery and the discipline within his team, making him a strong contender for the award.

Karela United's Nurudeen Amadu has also been recognized for his continued transformation of the club since joining last season. His side recorded two wins and one draw in September, scoring three goals and conceding just once.
