Medeama's struggles were evident at the Tema Park where they were beaten 3-0 by home side, Tema Youth on Sunday in the Glo Premier League.
The visitors were unsettled when Bernard Akuffo opened the scoring for Tema Youth after 3 minutes.
Fourteen minutes later, Terry Benjamin increased the tally for Tema Youth before Daniel Appiah sealed Medeama's fate, scoring the third goal in the 76th minute.
The win, Tema Youth's first, this season has lifted them out of the relegation zone.
