Dreams FC on Sunday produced a magnificent performance to beat Liberty Professionals 4-1 at the theatre of Dreams in Dawu in the Ghana Premier League.

The Still Believe lads displayed yet another magical touch at home to record their first back-to-back wins in the Premier League against strugglers Liberty Professionals as a path to redemption.

Summer signing, Agyenim Boateng Mensah opened the scoring for Dreams FC in the 37th minute, his first goal of the season since joining from Division One side Nzema Kotoko.

Joseph Esso, made it two for the home side as he scored from the spot to cushion his side on the 40th minute mark, five minutes before the break. But Liberty reduced the deficit on the stroke of half time through a classy goal from Daniel Antwi.

Dreams FC returned from the break with much desire to bury the game as they piled pressure on the visitors.

Their display yielded result after Agyenim Boateng fired home his second of the afternoon in the 73rd minute.

With the game heading home at 3-1, Joseph Esso scored his second of the day and fourth for Dreams FC in the 90th minute to put the game to bed.

The victory has lifted Dreams FC to 12th in the standings with 13 points.

Liberty Professionals have not won a game in the last three attempts following defeats to Asante Kotoko, Ebusua Dwarfs and Dreams FC. The Scientific Soccer boys occupy 15th position with 10 points from 10 matches.
