Sports and Recreation Minister Kofi Adams rallies Black Queens ahead of WAFCON semifinal
The Minister for Sports and Recreation, Hon. Kofi Iddie Adams, has rallied the Black Queens ahead of their TotalEnergies Women's Africa Cup of Nations semi-final match against Morocco. During a visit to the team on Tuesday, the Minister praised the players for their progress and urged them to perform with confidence and pride, as if they were playing at home. The Minister was accompanied by senior officials from the Ministry, representatives of the Ghana Football Association, and Ghana's Ambassador to Morocco, Her Excellency Mrs. Charity Gbedawo.
Together, they emphasized the importance of unity, concentration, and finishing the campaign strongly. With logistical and welfare arrangements in place, the Black Queens are set to face Morocco with determination and national support, aiming to reach the final and challenge for the continental crown.
