Under-20 team coach Sellas Tetteh would be demanding an improved performance from his Black Satellites after Ghana lost her opening game of the Five-Nation Under-20 tournament in Egypt.

The Black Satellites went down 0-1 after a late goal by Nigeria from a spot kick.

Gbolahan Salami converted an 86th-minute penalty to help the Flying Eagles to victory.

Ahead of the next match, Sellas Tetteh would be urging his players to step up their performance as he looks out for the positives.

The four-day tournament for four teams forms part of Ghana's preparations for the World Youth Cup later in September.
