Recognizing the standout performers shaping the Ghana Premier League this season

The official winners of the NASCO Coach and Player of the Month awards since September 2025 have been released, alongside a compilation of past Goalkeepers Award winners and the updated Goal of the Month, an award category introduced in the 2024/25 Ghana Premier League season.

In the coaching category, Heart of Lions’ Bashir Hayford leads with two awards, having won in September and later in the season, making him the only coach with multiple wins so far, while Medeama SC’s Tanko Ibrahim (October), Asante Kotoko’s Abdul Karim Zito (December 2025), FC Samartex’s Christopher Ennin (January), and Gold Stars’ Marcus Schmid (February) also made the list.

For the Player of the Month, Richmond Opoku of Young Apostles set the pace by winning the first award, followed by top scorer Samuel Attah Kumi (October), Prince Tweneboah of Basake Holy Stars (November), Dreams FC’s Abdul Razak Salifu (December), Medeama SC’s Salim Adams (January), and Hussein Issah of Young Apostles (February).

In the Goalkeeper of the Month category, Hearts of Oak’s Benjamin Asare secured his first award of the season, while FC Samartex’s Zakari Musah stands out as the only two-time winner, with Emmanuel Kobi, Mohammed Camara, and Lawrence Osei also featuring. Meanwhile, in the Goal of the Month category, Medeama SC’s Salim Adams has been dominant with three consecutive wins, with Hubert Gyau of Asante Kotoko, Emmanuel Marfo of Aduana FC, and Richmond Opoku also among the winners.
