The highly anticipated final match between Samatex Ladies and Oaks FC in the Women's Zonal Championship ended in a goalless draw. Both teams had already secured their top-flight spots, having won four out of four games prior to the match. The game was marked by cautious tactics from both coaches, Mercy Tagoe-Quarcoe of Oaks FC and Nassamu Yakubu of Samatex, as they created few clear-cut chances.

In other matches, Sissamba Ladies and Rootz Sistatz shared the spoils in a 2-2 draw. Rootz's Nuratu Iddrisu scored the fastest goal of the playoffs in the 2nd minute, but Sandra Atinga's brace, including a penalty, leveled the score for Sissamba. Christiana Ashiaku also scored a penalty for Rootz, making her joint top scorer with Oaks' Fati Ibrahim.

Meanwhile, Essiam Socrates recorded their first win of the tournament, beating Anlo 3-0. Charlotte Ankrah scored a brace, while Hannah Twumwaa added a beautiful header to seal the victory. This win marked a fitting end to the championship for Essiam Socrates.
