President Simeon-Okraku leads Ghana’s delegation at the 2026 FIFA World Cup draw in Washington
CAF 2nd Vice President and President of the Ghana Football Association, Kurt Edwin Simeon-Okraku, is leading Ghana’s delegation for the 2026 FIFA World Cup draw taking place in Washington on Friday, December 5, 2025. He is accompanied by Executive Council Member Dr. Randy Abbey, who doubles as Chairman of the Black Stars Management Committee. Others include Executive Council Member Frederick Acheampong, General Secretary Prosper Harrison Addo, and Deputy General Secretary and Director of National Teams, Alexander Asante.
Also in the delegation are Black Stars head coach Otto Addo and former Ghana captain Asamoah Gyan. Chief of Staff Michael Osekre and Director of Communications and Black Stars Media Officer Henry Asante Twum complete the list. Ghana will learn their opponents for the Group stage of the 2026 FIFA World Cup on Friday. The draw is scheduled for the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington, D.C. on Friday, December 5, 2025.
