Gold Stars’ Matchday 14 Premier League fixture against Medeama has been postponed following Medeama’s contribution of five players to the Black Galaxies squad ahead of their international friendly against South Africa’s Bafana Bafana.
Goalkeeper Felix Kyei, defender Kamaradini Mamudu, midfielders Prince Owusu and Salim Adams as well as forward Kelvin Nkrumah, have been named in a 20-man squad for the trip to South Africa.
Ibrahim Tanko's side was initially scheduled to face Gold Stars on Sunday, December 14, 2025, at Dun’s Park in Bibiani. The Football Association has confirmed that the match will now take place on Wednesday, December 31, 2025.
Additionally, Medeama’s Matchday 15 Western Derby at home against Basake Holy Stars has been moved from Friday, December 19, to Monday, December 22, 2025.
