Francis Oteng Gyetuah scored an amazing freekick to give Skyy FC Daboase a 1-0 win over Zone two leaders Bibiani Gold Stars at Daboase.

The speedster scored the spectacular, after team mate Ebenezer Ocran was fouled few metres away from the box by a Gold Stars defender.

Oteng stepped up and curled the ball into the roof of the net for the first goal of the match in the 76th minute to send the home fans into a frenzy.

Gold Stars came into the game as League leaders, on the back of four wins from four games and appeared determined to win another match on the road. But Oteng’s strike won the day for the home side.

The win preserves Skyy FC’s impeccable unbeaten home run, dating back to 2018/2019 season.

In other results, Sekondi Hasaacsas were held at home by Swedru All Blacks. While, New Edubiase United beat Pacific Heroes 2-0 to move to 9 points after 5 matches.
