Three first half goals were enough to hand Medeama all three points at the Sekondi Stadium where they defeated Mighty Jets 3-0 on Sunday.
Medeama were 2-nil up within nine minutes when Nana Yaw Afriyie doubled the scoring after Sampson Cudjoe had put them in front in the 20th minute.
Two minutes before the break, Jacob Appau sealed the day for Bashir Hayford with the third goal.
Jets will rue the defeat as they slip close to the relegation zone, just three days after making good ground with their win over Liberty Professionals in Accra.
