Head Coach of the Black Princesses, Charles Sampson, has named his starting line-up for the game against Uganda in the FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup qualifier.

Belinda Maku maintains her position in goal behind a defensive line of Margaret Agyapomaa, Juliana Gyekyewaa, Diana Amoako, and Dreamz Ladies’ Precious Asante.

Esther Asamoah, Latifa Abesik, and Captain Linda Owusu Ansah will play in midfield.

Jessica Appiah is handed her first start on the wing alongside Ivy Osei Owusu.

Agnes Yeboah will lead the attack for the Black Princesses. Ghana will play Uganda at the Kampala FUFA Stadium, Kadiba, on Saturday, May 9, 2026, at 13:00 GMT.
