Last season’s champions Aduana Stars were denied the three points at home last Sunday by Hearts of Oak but coach of the Dormaa club Herbert Addo has hit at the Phobians for being very defensive.

The game ended goalless with coach Addo saying in his post match interview that the Phobians were content with the point earned.

“Hearts of Oak managed to get a point. We lost two points but they came purposely for a draw,” Herbert Addo said.

“They played with four defenders and two defending midfielders, so they were six defenders infact. And we have three attackers, so it’s two-to-one and we couldn’t penetrate. We did everything but anyway.”

Aduana, who had won their two previous games, have now slipped to the fourth position on seven points ahead of the weekend’s round of matches and are two points off the pace at the top.
