Last season's MTN FA Cup finalists Golden Kick FC will host Port City on Matchday Two of the 2025/26 Access Bank Division One League, following contrasting results on the opening weekend. Golden Kick lost 2-1 to Na God FC, while Port City secured a 2-1 win over FC Nania at Kukurantumi. Golden Kick's campaign has been impacted by the loss of key players, including head coach Fiifi Parker Hanson, who joined Dreams FC as an assistant coach, as well as Baba Adamu to Accra Hearts of Oak, Roland Grippman to FC Samartex, Bless Ege to Karela United, and winger Zakaria Mumuni to Port City.
Another exciting fixture is the clash between FC Nania and Attram De Visser at Nania Park, Legon. FC Nania, despite losing to Port City, have a strong home record and are favored to win. Attram De Visser, who drew 1-1 with Accra Lions, will be looking to secure points away from home.
Meanwhile, former Premier League side Okwahu United will welcome newcomers Great Ambition at the Carl Reindorf Park in Dansoman on Sunday. Okwahu United defeated WAFA SC 1-0 at Sogakope, while Great Ambition lost 1-0 to Home Stars.
Later on Monday, Accra Lions will host Semper FI at the Tuba Astro Turf.
