Ghana Premier League: 35 matches played after Matchday 4, 84 goals scored as FC Samartex lead

The 2025/26 Ghana Premier League has seen 35 matches played after Matchday 4, with just one outstanding fixture left to clear.

Medeama SC will host Port City on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at the TnA Stadium in the postponed Matchday 2 fixture to complete the round of matches.

So far, the league has recorded 19 home wins, 6 away wins and 10 draws, with home advantage proving decisive in the early weeks of the season.

A total of 84 goals have been scored at an average of 2.4 goals per game. Of that number, 54 goals (64%) have been scored by home teams with 30 goals coming from away sides.
