Ghana legend Anthony Baffoe urges Black Princesses to make Ghana proud against Tunisia

The General Secretary of the Professional Footballers Association of Ghana (PFAG), Anthony Baffoe, visited the Black Princesses on Saturday, ahead of their crucial FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup qualifier second-leg match against Tunisia.

With a 2-0 lead from the first leg, Ghana aims to secure a spot in the third round of the qualifiers.

The former Ghana defender, assured the team of the PFAG's unwavering support, stating, "We at PFAG are here to always offer our support to Ghanaian players, and we have your interest at heart. Our doors are always open to you."

He encouraged the players to give their best and make themselves and Ghana proud. As a former Ghanaian national team player, Baffoe understands the honor of wearing the national colors.

"We will be at the stadium to support you as you play against Tunisia. I believe you can do it when you focus on the ultimate goal, which is to win."

The second leg match is scheduled for September 28, 2025, at 15:30 GMT in Accra.
