Ghana maintained its fine run in the qualifiers for the next FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup with a 2-0 victory over Tunisia in the return leg of the second round qualifying match.

The Black Princesses thus finish the two legs on a 3-0 goal aggregate after heading into Saturday's qualifier at the El-Wak Stadium in Accra on the back of a 1-0 first leg victory.

The competition will be narrowed down to eight teams on the continent after the weekend's round of matches.

Faizer Ibrahim scored a brace registering the first for Ghana on the stroke of halftime before completing the day with a personal second in the 72nd minute.

Ghana will meet the winner of the DR Congo-Namibia clash in the third round of qualifiers.

Africa has two places at the competition to be hosted by Germany from July 13 to August 1, 2010.
