The registration period will open on Monday, May 25, 2026 at 00:01 GMT and close on Sunday, August 23, 2026 at 23:59 GMT. This timeline applies to all clubs and is in line with GFA regulations, which mandate the opening of the main registration window prior to the start of each new football season.

Clubs are required to respond promptly to all registration-related queries within three (3) days, including weekends and public holidays, to ensure a smooth and timely process.
The GFA has emphasized that all clubs must complete their registration within the stipulated period.
No extensions will be granted under any circumstances, and the deadline will be strictly enforced, considering that GFA IT staff respond to issues, queries and responses in a 24-hours a day shift system.
