Fokuo handed stop-gap role with Princesses

The Ghana Football Association has appointed Ben Fokuo in a stop-gap role as the assistant coach of the national Under-20 women's team.

Fokuo's appointment takes effect 19 March as Edina Yeke, the immediate assistant coach of the Black Princesses goes on maternity leave.

According to an FA statement, the Fokuo's appointment is pending the appointment of a substantive assistant coach.

Fokuo, an ex-Black Queens assistant coach will assist Robert Sackey.
