The final leg of the 2022-23 GFA-Betway monthly leadership and development workshop for Women’s Premier League clubs(WPL) will take place on Thursday, June 8, 2023.

All twenty WPL Club representatives are expected to converge at the Movenpick Ambassador Hotel – Accra at 10:00am in an in-country session.

This session aims to bring together key stakeholders in women’s football for a day of insightful discussions and practical advice on leadership, governance, and skill development.

Another area of focus will be on uplifting the image of Women’s football and adapting to changes in the dynamics of football across the globe.

President, Kurt Edwin Simeon Okraku is expected to grace the session and also interact with the clubs after a successful season.

As developmental partners of the Malta Guinness Women’s Premier League, Betway has this mentorship program running from March with three major sessions being held so far, with both local and international resource persons offering support and training to the WPL Clubs.

All Twenty Women’s Premier League clubs are to take note and designate their representatives for the training program.
