Send Ticket to Others or Return Tickets
Please note that after receiving tickets on the app, tickets can be forwarded to other guests an unlimited number of times using the “Send your ticket(s)” feature in the app. Instructions on how to send or return a ticket within the app are included in the attached “FWC2026 Mobile Tickets App User Guide.”
Minimum Age for Using the App
Please note that the minimum age for using the app is 16 years. Ticket holders under the age of 16 cannot register for an account. In such cases, their tickets must be assigned to a guest or ticket holder aged 16 or older, and both individuals must enter the stadium together.
Entering the Stadium & Your QR Code
Before heading to the stadium, all ticket holders must ensure their mobile devices are fully charged and app notifications are enabled. A QR code will be displayed on the mobile ticket on matchday before gates open, which can be scanned at the entrance for access.
