FC AshantiGold ’04 have officially sealed qualification for the 2026-27 Ghana Premier League after finishing top of the Access Bank Division One League Zone Two.

The club’s coronation ceremony will take place on Sunday, May 17, 2026, during their Matchday 30 fixture against King Faisal at the Obuasi Len Clay Stadium. The game will also mark their final league match of the season.

The event is expected to be graced by distinguished guests from the Ghana Football Association, traditional leaders, former footballers, and other dignitaries.

FC AshantiGold ’04 enjoyed a remarkable campaign and, despite strong competition from Ebusua Dwarfs, remained resolute in the race for the top spot to secure qualification. The club will now make its debut in the Ghana Premier League next season.

FC AshantiGold ’04 join fellow newly promoted sides Port City and Debibi United, who have already celebrated their respective coronations.
