The Disciplinary Committee “A” of the Ghana Football Association will be sitting on Friday, November 6, 2015 at 3pm to adjudicate a number of appeal cases from the Regional Football Associations:
1. Great Warriors FC vrs Sir Ernest FC 2. Agbozume Weavers FC vrs Agbozume United FC 3. NADM FC vrs Unbeatable FC 4. Any other appeal which shall be become ripe for hearing
On protests filed by Premier League clubs or Division One League clubs and appeals against decisions of the Disciplinary Committees of the Regional Football Associations by lower league clubs, the GFA Disciplinary Committee shall adjudicate immediately the exchange of the processes (Protest, Defence and Reply if required or Appeals, Defence and Reply if required) in the matter are fully exchanged and the matter become ripe for adjudication.
Kindly note that per the GFA Regulations, Protests and Appeals from RFA do not require personal hearing unless the Disciplinary Committee deems it fit to call the parties to its hearing.
