An Accra High Court has today struck out King Faisal’s application for a court injunction on the First Capital Plus Premier League.

The club was in court last Friday to seek an injunction to halt the commencement of the league last weekend.

The GFA however announced that matches will go ahead at all league centers as planned despite media reports about King Faisal’s injunction threat.

And in its ruling today at a Human Rights court in Accra on Friday morning, the judge dismissed King Faisal's application

With the new ruling, the FCP Premier League will continue without any hindrance with Match day 3 games scheduled to come off at all the League centers across the country.
