Premier League clubs have been directed by league organisers, the Premier League Board to declare their financial status before the start of the new season.
According the league organisers, all participating clubs are also to declare venues to be used as their home grounds which will be inspected by the PLB ahead of the October 9 kick-off.
The clubs have also been asked to furnish the PLB with pictorial colours of both their home and away strips for the next season.
