The all-female license C coaching course has successfully concluded at the GFA Technical Centre in Prampram.
The course brought together aspiring and existing female coaches from across the country for an intensive programme designed to enhance their technical knowledge.
The course also included coaching methodology and leadership skills in line with the Confederation of African Football (CAF) coaching curriculum.
Over the duration of the course, participants underwent both theoretical and practical sessions covering modern coaching principles, player development, match analysis, training methodology and football management.
The programme also emphasized safeguarding, professionalism and the important role of women in shaping the future of the game.
The initiative is included in the Ghana Football Association's commitment to increasing the number of qualified female coaches and strengthening the technical capacity of women's football at all levels.
