Bolga All Stars have completed a fairytale comeback, clinching the Upper East Regional Division Two Promotional Championship on Sunday to seal their long-awaited return to the National Division One League.

A pulsating 2-1 triumph over Zorkor United at the packed Kurt Okraku Technical Center at Winkogo wrapped up the middle-league campaign for the “Stars Of The East Faithfuls,” who last featured in Division One in the 2020/2021 season.

Bolga All Stars will slot into Division One’s Zone One B for the 2025/26 season, rekindling northern derbies against the likes of Tamale City and Wa Power FC

The Upper East RFA chairman Alhaji Salifu Zida called for a collective effort in the continued development of the football talents in the region.

With momentum, a youthful core, and renewed backing from local community, Bolga All Stars aim not merely to survive in Division One but to restore the glory days that once saw them flirt with Premier League promotion.
