The Black Stars have resumed training ahead of their first group stage match in the 2015 African Cup of Nations.

Ghana will play their first game of the tournament against the Teranga Lions of Senegal on Monday at the Mongomo stadium in Equatorial Guinea.

Coach Avram Grant and his 23-squad arrived in Equatorial Guinea on Thursday morning after their ten-days intensive camping in Seville.

The players were allowed to take a-day rest after their long trip from Spain through Malabo to Mongomo.

The team will hold further training sessions before Monday's game.
