Ghana are still chasing their first win at the Africa Women's Championship after drawing 1-1 with South Africa on Wednesday evening.

The result leaves the Yusif Basigi's side trailing the top by 5 points ahead of their final and decisive Group B clash with leaders, Cameroon on Saturday at the Sam Nujoma Stadium.

Elizabeth Cudjoe equalised just before half time for the Black Queens after Shiwe Nogwanya had put South Africa ahead in the 19th minute at the Independence Stadium in Windhoek.

Apart from Cameroon, who have reached the semi-finals of the Championship after beating Algeria 2-0, all the other group members - Ghana- Algeria and South Africa - have everything to play for.
