Black Queens coach Nora Hauptle says the team is determined to secure victory over Namibia in the Womens Africa Cup of Nations final round 1st leg qualifier on Friday.

Speaking at a press conference on Thursday, Nora noted that the Queens have shown some incredible energy since they began preparations for the encounter.

She added that, the girls are highly spirited because they will be playing in front of their own fans, but cautioned that teamwork would be required in securing a win on Friday.

Ghana was unsuccessful two years ago after losing 2-1 to rivals Nigeria over two legs.

The 1st leg of the qualifiers against Namibia will take place at 3 30pm at the Accra Sports Stadium on Friday, December 1,2023.
