Black Princesses get boost from Andre Ayew ahead of crucial World Cup qualifier against Tunisia
Ghanaian legend Andre Dede Ayew visited the Black Princesses training camp at Legon on Friday to boost their morale ahead of the FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup 2nd leg qualifier against Tunisia. Ayew expressed his pride in the team, urging them to make themselves and Ghana proud in their young careers.
"It's always an honor to play for Ghana, and so when you get the chance, you need to go all out and do your best," he said.
Ayew acknowledged the team's talent, noting that he followed the first leg against Tunisia and was impressed with their skills.
He emphasized the significance of playing in front of home fans, stating, "Playing in front of home fans is special, and I believe you'll play well and finish the job in Ghana."
Ayew also expressed his intention to attend the match, saying, "I'll try to come and watch you play at the Accra Sports Stadium this Sunday. I know you'll do your best and win." The former Al Sadd player added.
