The Black Princesses held their first training session in Mbombela on Wednesday, ahead of their return fixture in the FIFA U20 Women's World Cup qualifier against South Africa.

Coach Charles Sampson took the twenty players through some endurance work, ball retention, team defending, wing play, and shooting.

The Black Princesses aim to make it to the fourth and final round of the qualifiers despite drawing 2-2 with South Africa at the Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday, as they need a resounding victory to secure a spot in the final round of the qualifiers.

The return fixture will be played on Saturday, February 14th, 2026, at the Nelspruit-Mbombela Stadium, Nelspruit, South Africa at 13:00 GMT.
