The National U23 side have been drawn against Cameroon, Mali and tournament hosts Egypt in the CAF U-23 Cup of Nations scheduled to be staged between November 8-22.
The draw which held in Cairo on Wednesday placed the Black Meteors in Group A with their opening match against Cameroon.
Coach Ibrahim Tanko’s side will then take on the hosts before playing Mali in their final group match.
Nigeria are in a Group B alongside Ivory Coast, Zambia and South Africa.
The winner of the tournament and two runner ups will automatically advance to represent Africa at the 2020 Olympics Men’s Football Competition.
