The Ashanti Regional Football Association will hold its Ordinary Congress on Saturday, September 27th, 2025 at the Kumasi Anglican Senior High School Assembly Hall. The Congress, scheduled to begin at 10:00 a.m., will bring together football stakeholders from across the region to chart the course for the game’s development.
The Congress will review the 2024/25 football season, examining successes, challenges, and key milestones achieved. It will also outline plans and strategies for the 2025/26 season, covering competitions, youth development, capacity building, and financial reports.
This gathering will serve as a crucial platform for transparency, accountability, and strategic decision-making for football in the Ashanti Region.
The session will be chaired by the Ashanti Regional Football Association Chairman, Osei Tutu Agyemang, who will lead stakeholders in discussing the future of the sport in the region. The Congress is expected to reaffirm Ashanti’s position as a hub of talent and innovation while promoting grassroots and competitive football across the region.
