Ghana's Anthony Annan has emerged as a possible transfer target for new Manchester City boss, Mark Hughes.
Hughes is chasing the IK Start midfielder who has expressed his desire to make a switch to the premiership.
According to the Manchester Evening News, Hughes has a dossier on the tough-tackling 21-year-old midfielder and was previously considering tempting the youngster to Ewood Park this summer.
Annan has enjoyed a great time with the Black Stars having struck a good partnership with Chelsea player, Michael Essien in the midfield for Ghana.
