New Edubiase's hopes of maintaining their impressive form after beating Asante Kotoko last Wednesday was dashed by All Stars at the Wa Park.

The Blues won 2-0 to secure a place in the top four on Sunday.

Frank Sarfo Gyamfi on 11 minutes opened the scoring after weaving past two players to plant the ball past goalkeeper Eric Nii Baah.

Edubiase pushed for the equaliser but were undone by a Samuel Boateng goal as the substitute struck in the 90th minute.
