Ghana has 22 officials on the FIFA panel after the Ghana Football Association today presented the referees with FIFA badges.

Assistant referee Ashitey Amarh and referee Delight Alorbu, are the new names on the list of international match officials who received their FIFA badges from GFA President, Kwesi Nyantakyi during a presentation ceremony at Prampram on Tuesday.

In his address, Kwesi Nyantakyi charged the referees to maintain high standards and make an impact on the international stage.

"You have to achieve the highest professional standard and help improve the game through your roles as referees," he said.

"Remember that when you are called upon to handle international matches, be aware that your performances outside would either bring honour or bad image to the country and yourselves."

The list of referees who were presented with the FIFA badges is dominated by men as eight women made the list.
