The Competitions Departmennt has officially set details for the 2025/2026 Regional Women’s Championship, a key competition designed for the promotion of teams into the Malta Guinness Women’s Premier league.
Scheduled to take place from May 14 to May 23, 2026, the championship will be held across the northern and Southern zones.
The Southern Zone matches will be played at the Tuba Astro Turf in Accra, while the Northern Zone fixtures will take place at the Aliu Mahama Sports Stadium in Tamale.
The promotional tournament is expected to feature top-performing clubs from the various regions, all vying for qualification and a chance to advance into Ghana’s top-tier women’s league.
